Understand
We review where files live, who uses them, and how your team shares information.
Organize
We plan storage, access, and migration tasks around your business workflows.
Maintain
We help manage agreed changes as your people and information needs evolve.
Help your people find what they need and share it with confidence.
Give your business files a clear home.
Scattered folders, duplicate working copies, and unclear permissions make everyday work harder. We help you assess how information is stored and shared, then plan practical changes around the way your business operates.
Ongoing administration of supported file systems and approved access changes is defined within your managed-service scope. Migrations and implementation projects are scoped and billed separately. We can help with:
Shared File Organization
Help plan folder and document library structures around departments, projects, and responsibilities so employees have a clearer place to store and find their work.
Permissions & Access
Review who needs access to business information and implement approved permissions, with ownership and authorization guided by your designated business contacts.
SharePoint & OneDrive Setup
Configure shared libraries, access settings, and file synchronization around your team's needs. New implementations are scoped as projects; ongoing administration follows your managed-service agreement.
File & Storage Migrations
Plan and carry out separately billed migrations between supported storage platforms, including source review, destination setup, transfer validation, and coordination with users.
Sharing & Collaboration
Help establish practical ways to share files internally and externally, with settings and guidance that reflect your organization's approved sharing practices.
Storage & Protection Planning
Review storage needs and discuss backup, recovery, and retention requirements with your team so responsibilities and any additional services are clearly defined.
Business ownership. Technical support.
For teams that need a clearer structure
We work with your business contacts to understand which information employees need, who should own it, and how it should be organized. Changes to access or file locations follow agreed approvals.
For internal IT teams
Bring us in for storage setup, permissions work, or migration assistance. We coordinate the technical tasks with your IT staff while your organization defines access decisions and information requirements.
A file move is more than a transfer.
We review the source, destination, file volume, access requirements, and applications or workflows that depend on the current setup. Together, we define the migration scope, pricing, timing, and how users will work after the move. Migrations are billed separately from ongoing managed services.
The plan should address how transferred files and permissions will be checked, how employees will be informed, and what happens to the original data. We agree on those steps before making changes.
For ongoing support after setup, explore our Managed IT Services. Employees who need assistance with file access or collaboration can also be supported through our Help Desk Support.
Data management, explained.
What does data management mean for our business?
This service focuses on business files and storage: how information is organized, who can access it, how it is shared, and how it moves between supported platforms. The specific technical work is defined around your environment.
What is ongoing administration, and what is a project?
Ongoing administration covers agreed support and approved changes for your existing supported environment, such as file-access troubleshooting and permissions updates. Moving files between platforms or implementing a new storage setup is scoped as a separately billed project. We confirm responsibilities and pricing before work begins.
Can you help move files to SharePoint or OneDrive?
Yes. We assess source files, permissions, user workflows, and application dependencies, then plan the destination structure and migration approach. Migrations are separately billed projects, with scope, pricing, and validation steps agreed before work begins.
Who decides which employees can access files?
Your authorized business contacts define and approve access requirements. We help translate those decisions into technical permissions and coordinate approved changes with your team.
Does this service include backup and disaster recovery?
Backup and disaster recovery coverage is defined separately in your agreed scope. A file migration or storage setup does not automatically include backup protection. We confirm protected systems and cloud applications, retention, management responsibilities, and recovery testing. Explore our Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery services.
Do we need to move all our files to the cloud?
Not necessarily. We review how your team uses information and any application, access, or storage requirements before recommending changes. The appropriate setup may involve cloud storage, existing servers, or a combination.
Make your information easier to work with.
Start with a no-obligation consultation about where your files live, what is causing friction, and what you want to improve. We will help define a practical next step.
