A client relationship is created only after IM YOUR NERD and the applicable customer enter into a separate written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by both parties.

Descriptions of services, technologies, capabilities, response times, security measures, pricing, availability, or expected outcomes appearing on the Site are general in nature and may change without notice.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, proposal, service-level commitment, warranty, or guarantee.

Any services provided by IM YOUR NERD will be governed by a separate agreement, which may include a managed services agreement, statement of work, proposal, order form, service schedule, acceptable-use policy, or other written terms.
